This beer won the Gold medal at the 2000 World Beer Cup (the Olympics of beer competions). Officially a Bohemian Pilsner with a International Bittering Unit (IBU) of 34 in honor of Walter. The bitterness is derived from Hallertau and Saaz hops. Our flagship beer named after the founder of the business. 5.2% Alc./Vol  34 IBUs  7L.

This beer won the gold medal at the 2002 World Beer Cup. It's exactly our Payton Pilsner but with 1/3 less everything. It's for those of you who want to support your local brewery but your palate doesn't want to deviate from what you're used to in a beer. 3.4% Alc./Vol  23 IBUs  6L.

Truly a Pale Ale with a tendecy to borderline on an IPA. Don't tell the boss, but I change the hops and sometimes the grain with every batch to create something new and exciting. Check in with brewmaster Mike to see what side of hoppy-ness this latest batch is. Typical Alcohol 4.8-5.5%/Vol.  38-60 IBUs 14-16L

Made in small batches about every six weeks. Made with pure cane sugar, not corn syrup. It's a creamy style rootbeer with no caffine and completely non-alcoholic.

5 gallon Cornellius Kegs

• Microbrew = $35

• Rootbeer = $27.50

5 gallon Cornellius kegs can be filled with either the ball lock or tab lock. We don’t loan 5 gallon tanks, so it has to be your own tank. For example, a 7-Up or Coke Tank can be filled. If you bring your own tank, allow 45 minutes to clean, if dirty, & fill. Clean kegs can be filled usually within 15 minutes.

Please call and leave your name, phone number, what size you want, flavor, what day you will pick it up and whether you need a tapper and tub. If there are any problems with your request then you will receive a call back otherwise your order will be filled per your request.

If the Brewmaster or Head-Brewer are on premise, we
can fill kegs on-demand excluding Friday or Saturday Nights.
