Charity/Donation Gift Certificate Points Program

Thank you for your interest in Walter Payton’s Roundhouse. We are honored that you have included us in your search for caring establishments to make donations for your charity or special fund-raising event. We receive numerous requests each day for contributions to many great causes and we strive to give as much as possible. With that in mind, we have developed our special Donation Gift Certificate Points Program.

   The premise behind the Points program is simple! On Sundays thru Fridays, 10% of your food and beverage purchases at the Roundhouse, as well as 5% of your group functions or banquet events, will be added to your group’s "Donation Points Bank". In turn, the Points in your group’s Bank can be redeemed for Roundhouse Gift Certificates which can be used for fund-raising activities such as auctions, door prizes or giveaways. For example, if a member or friend of your fund-raising group purchases $100.00 in food or beverage at the Roundhouse , $10.00 will be added to your Donation Points Bank.

   To sign-up your group for the Donation Points Program, just fill out the attached registration form and submit it to us at the Roundhouse. Please include all contact information and those persons that are approved to redeem your points for gift certificate donations. We will send you Donation Points Cards for you to distribute to your group’s supporters and friends. On each visit to the Roundhouse (Sundays thru Fridays), they just present their card when they are paying for any food and beverage purchases so that points may be added to your Donation Points Bank. On a monthly basis you will receive statements showing your new Points added, your accumulated Bank Total and any Gift Certificates you have requested. It’s that easy!

1. What are the Roundhouse Charity Points Cards used for?

The Roundhouse Donation Points Cards are used to identify your charity/organization. At the end of your meal/event, give the card to your server or banquet host and they will take it from there.

2. How does the Points Program Work?

At the end of your meal/event, present the Roundhouse Donation Points Card to your server or banquet host. Your server will enter your card info into our Points Program System and present you with your bill. Your bill will have the name of your organization at the bottom. 10% of your food & beverage purchase (or 5% of your banquet/group party function) will be added to your organizations Points Bank. Each month you will receive a statement listing all the points you’ve earned. You then simply call us and we will send you the gift certificates that your organization has earned, along with a new statement. You can redeem the points at any time, after you’ve received your current statement. The Points Bank is adjusted on a monthly basis.

3. How do I redeem my Points?

4. What are the restrictions on earning Points?

Points may only be earned Sunday thru Friday (Not valid on Saturdays) They may be earned only on Food and Beverage purchases in the main dining room of Walter Payton’s Roundhouse, Group Party Functions or Banquet Events. Purchases may only be credited to one group/organization and cannot be combined with our Frequent Diner Program.

5. What are the restrictions on redeeming Donated Gift Certificates?

Donated Gift Certificates can only be redeemed for Face Value and may only be used for Food and Beverage purchases in the Roundhouse Dining Room. No change will be issued and the certificates cannot be used for gratuities. There is no expiration date and the certificates can be used anytime.

6. Is this program only for Charity Organizations?

No. Any group or organization which seeks to gather donations or raise money for a non-profit cause may be eligible to participate. School groups, churches, family help groups and even neighborhood block parties can be included.
